Postcodes for the intervention area have been input into the BT Wholesale checker (https://www.dslchecker.bt.com) giving the BT data for each of the premises in the intervention area.

This excel spreadsheet (1MB) lists by telephone exchanges those premises without VDSL (FTTC) access as at December 2014.
